Having been on the international dj circuit now for well over a decade, Pierre is a well respected dj, producer and remixer bringing a new aura to the house music scene as well as a different variety of house music he likes to call “Spiritual House”.

This is the perfect interfusion of his individual emphatic energy, ancient Persian heritage and a feel for the global dance-floor.

His numerous remixes, have all received high critical acclaim. Creating music, in his element, PIERRE RAVAN generates an atmosphere of togetherness that makes his reputation precede him and all types of audience to come back for more.

His long awaited Production album “SPIRITUAL BROTHERS” (With Safar Bake) was released in 2001 with EMI/Virgin/Capitol records worldwide and his successful single “Divine Energy feat. Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan” released in October 2003 under Deep Dish’s best Label “SCHINICHI” opened up the new era of spiritual house during WMC 2002. In 2004 he worked on a new single ”The One U Need” (a collaboration with DJ Pippi and Rulers of The Deep under the alias TRIPLICATES released on Spanish label CASSAGRANDE). His unique EP (done with Safar Bake from SF) “Final Chapter” on Conya Label was hammered at WMC 07 and has been compiled in most of the quality house compilations, released at the time, as was his deep & soulful remix for the track “God Is lLve” by “DJ Pippi’& Danny Marquez feat Marcel.

Currently Pierre is deep in the studio between Tallinn, Prague, Barcelona, Cologne and Dubai. After his successful release on Peppermin Jam label last summer he finished his latest single for Conya label in Germany - a highlight during WMC 10 named” Eyes Should Be Washed” (a collaboration with SPIN SCIENCE of Estoni). The new remixes by Jay Tripwire, Satoshi Fumi, Brazilian Soul Crew of “Eyes Should Be Wasched” was the highlight promo at ADE Oct 2010.

More recently for ADE 2011, he has collaborated with one of the top Indian classical singers and one of the best Indian tabla player to take his music on another level and as he truly believes that music has the ability to touch the very depth of our souls especially when music originates from the confluence of Indian classical and house music, it promises an altogether different spiritual experience. The project was conceptualized in Dubai, recorded in India and produced & mastered by Haldo in Italy, truly an universal collaboration for universal music!

His 6^th and latest album/compilation KaRavan named” Evolution” was released in Sept 2011 worldwide on German Clubstar label.

KaRavan is Pierre´s personal unique musical concept based on music for all hours and minutes of the day. The journey starts at dawn and builds up to a pulse racing dusk with some of the planets finest cuts in music. Both CDs as part of the same albums are a blend of day into night-time tracks and the double CD pack is on worldwide distribution.

Pierre Ravan scopes out and blends only the finest in all styles of house music from soulful, deep & tribal to dark and progressive from all corners of the globe.
